Help Our Mission By Signing Up To Play
Jack Connor died by suicide on September 1, 2017 at the age of fourteen after remaining silent about his thoughts of self-harm.
The Jack Connor Foundation was created to help youth suffering from mental health issues or suicidal thoughts to find a voice, a way to speak up, to connect with each other and to find help.
This foundation is a beacon of hope for youth who may be suffering in silence. It aims to provide a voice, a support system, and a path to help for young people facing mental health challenges or struggling with thoughts of self-harm. All proceeds raised at our annual golf outing and silent auction will go towards advancing our mission.
